Our Process
To ensure a smooth and compliant service, we follow the steps below:
Step 1: Receive Documentation and Issue Costs Agreement
Upon receipt of the relevant lender and guarantee documents, we will prepare and send a tailored costs agreement and request any further information or searches required.
Step 2: Client Appointment
We meet with the client (in person or remotely, where permitted) to:
- Review and explain the legal documents
- Provide tailored legal advice
- Verify identity
- Witness and sign the documents
Step 3: Completion and Delivery
Following the appointment, we:
- Scan and send the executed documents to the solicitors acting for the lender for approval
- Once approved, express post the original, wet-signed documents with tracking details provided

Remote Legal Advice and Witnessing
We are also able to provide remote legal advice and issue Solicitor’s Certificates via video conference, where permitted. However, remote services are subject to:
- The underlying lender’s acceptance of remote legal advice and witnessing protocols; and
- Pricing is provided on application and may vary depending on the lender’s requirements and complexity of the matter.

Optional After-Hours Appointment Surcharge
We are able to offer limited after-hours and weekend appointments. A surcharge applies to appointments outside of typical business hours.
